- Borrow up to 90% LTV for first time buyers, 80% for movers and 70% for investors.
- Terms between 5 and 30 years available (movers and investors have a maximum term of 25 years).
- Borrow up to €1,250,000 in Dublin and up to €750,000 elsewhere (the maximum loan for first time buyers is €450,000).
